She weaves together ancient earthly wisdom\, intuitive \nHelena Gaia\nguidance\, and the intelligence of the body to support deep\, embodied healing. At the heart of her work is the remembrance that we are all born healers. This journey is not about doing more\, but about softening\, listening within\, and returning to our innate knowing.\nHorses have been Helena’s lifelong teachers\, guiding her into presence\, authenticity\, and truth. By simply being present and attuned to her inner feeling\, Anna Linde intuitively learned from a young age how to approach each horse with sensitivity and respect.\nAt the age of sixteen\, she began guiding both adults and children in the art of horsemanship—teaching not only riding\, but also the subtle language of connection between human and horse. Over the years\, she supported many individuals with HSP\, ADHD\, ADD\, and autism\, using horses as gentle mirrors and powerful co-guides in their personal journeys. To Anna Linde\, the bond between human and horse is nothing short of magical—a silent dialogue of trust\, energy\, and mutual awareness.\nIn 2014\, she deepened her path through research into the communication between humans and horses. She spent time observing wild ponies in a natural reserve and immersed herself in the Parelli method\, which centers on partnership rather than control. Within this philosophy\, the human becomes a true companion to the horse\, inviting cooperation instead of demanding it—creating a space where the horse feels safe\, willing\, and free.\nSince 2024\, Anna Linde has been living in France\, where she embraces a life of simplicity\, connection\, and growth together with her beloved Walter and their animals\, including their horses Hope and Jimmy.
