In Level 1 (SSSEx), a team of skilled Temple Arts Faculty will share, inspire, guide and support you to bring light to the shadows where your power awaits to be reclaimed.

This immersive 8-day training invites you to deepen your capacity for presence, connection, embodiment and authentic relating in a supportive and transformational field. ISTA is a transmission of life force clothed in love and creative expression, designed to meet you wherever you are on your path and guide you through an experiential process of discovery and liberation.

This training is held by a trio of experienced facilitators — Michal, Mariana, and Simon — who bring together depth, clarity, and embodied presence.

Each of them carries a distinct transmission, shaped by years of personal practice, facilitation, and devotion to the ISTA path. Together, they form a balanced and attuned facilitation team, able to hold intensity with care, guide transformation with integrity, and support participants in navigating their inner processes with responsibility, sensitivity, and trust in the intelligence of the field.

The training takes place at Domaine Vert, a peaceful natural venue in the heart of the French countryside, surrounded by forest, open sky and quiet living spaces that support integration and presence. This setting allows the practices — movement, breath, somatic awareness, guided group experiences and relational exploration — to unfold in a grounded and embodied way.
