We are delighted to welcome you to our 8 hectare nature sanctuary in France, a space to slow down, breathe, and rediscover the beauty of the world through the eyes of a horse.
\n<\/span>This retreat is open to anyone who feels called to deepen their connection with horses, whether you have prior experience or are meeting them in this way for the first time. Throughout the week, you will be guided in your personal journey alongside two wonderful<\/span><\/p>\n

\n<\/span>Through a blend of experiential practices and insightful theory, you will explore new ways of relating to yourself and to horses. While there will be no riding, the horses will be your partners and guides, inviting you into presence, authenticity, and deeper awareness.<\/span><\/p>\n

What to expect<\/b>
\n<\/b> – learn the foundations of energy work for both horses and humans<\/span>
\n<\/span> – experience a 1:1 energy healing or coaching session with the horses<\/span>
\n<\/span> – Yoga, breathwork, and meditation in the presence of horses<\/span>
\n<\/span> – Cacao ceremony with horses;<\/span>
\n<\/span> – Guided walks in nature alongside the horses;<\/span>
\n<\/span> – Visit the Cit\u00e9 du Cheval (City of the Horse) Pompadour on the day of the Day of the Horse (15th of August)
\n<\/span> – Tantric dance workshop to explore different energies within yourself<\/span>
\n<\/span> – Groundwork sessions in the round pen, exploring connection, boundaries,<\/span>
\n<\/span> and communication with horses;<\/span>
\n<\/span> – Nourishing, organic and homemade meals;<\/span>
\n<\/span> – cozy evenings by the fire, and time to unwind in the hot tub, swimming <\/span>pool or sauna.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/i><\/i>Helena Gaia is an energy healer for humans and horses, an equine-guided and somatic coach, and a yoga teacher. She weaves together <\/span>ancient earthly wisdom, intuitive<\/p>\n

guidance, and the intelligence of the body to support deep, embodied healing. At the heart of her work is the remembrance that we are all born healers. This journey is not about doing more, but about softening, listening within, and returning to our innate knowing.<\/span>
\n<\/span>Horses have been Helena\u2019s lifelong teachers, guiding her into presence, <\/span>authenticity, and truth. Through their wisdom, she holds spaces that invite a profound reconnection to self and to the natural world.<\/span>
\n<\/span>Helena offers sessions with her horses in Northern Germany, as well as online and on the lands that call her. Within this retreat, she will gently guide you back into connection with your body and intuition, attuning to the subtle, wise guidance of the horses.<\/span>

Anna Linde
\n<\/span><\/i>Horses have been part of Anna Linde\u2019s world from the very beginning, as she deeply felt an unexplainable connection to them. By simply being present and attuned to her inner feeling, Anna Linde intuitively learned from a young age how to approach each horse with sensitivity and respect.
\n<\/span>At the age of sixteen, she began guiding both adults and children in the art of horsemanship\u2014teaching not only riding, but also the subtle language of connection between human and horse. Over the years, she supported many individuals with HSP, ADHD, ADD, and autism, using horses as gentle mirrors and powerful co-guides in their personal journeys. To Anna Linde, the bond between human and horse is nothing short of magical\u2014a silent dialogue of trust, energy, and mutual awareness.
\n<\/span>In 2014, she deepened her path through research into the communication between humans and horses. She spent time observing wild ponies in a natural reserve and immersed herself in the Parelli method, which centers on partnership rather than control. Within this philosophy, the human becomes a true companion to the horse, inviting cooperation instead of demanding it\u2014creating a space where the horse feels safe, willing, and free.
\n<\/span>Since 2024, Anna Linde has been living in France, where she embraces a life of simplicity, connection, and growth together with her beloved Walter and their animals, including their horses Hope and Jimmy. Together, they co-create and run their retreat center, Le Domaine Vert\u2014a sanctuary for transformation and presence.
\n<\/span>As of 2025, Anna Linde is a certified Tantric Dance teacher. During her retreats, she gently guides you back to your own inner feeling\u2014awakening the flow of your chakras, deepening your awareness of boundaries, and inviting you to embody trust. From this grounded and open state, you are guided to translate your energy into connection with horses, allowing a profound and authentic relationship to emerge.<\/span><\/p>\n

During the week, you will have your own private space in one of our beautiful rooms. The rooms are located in several buildings throughout our grounds, all featuring shared toilets and bathrooms. Alternatively, you may choose to stay in your own tent, camper, or caravan on our expansive camping field.<\/span><\/p>\n
