Join our 5-day retreat, “EMBODIED RELATION DESIGN,” for a transformative journey:
Day 1: Own Your Shit in Dramatriangel relationship dynamics
Explore drama relationship dynamics and constellation work to free yourself from your survivalstrategies. Delving into the depths of your patterns, understand how victim, persecutor and savior dynamics were the way you learned to love because lack off self-love.
Day 2: Own Your Vulnerability
Embrace vulnerability through inner-world focusing and connection, fostering a deeper understanding and acceptance of your authentic self. What does my body tells me about my truth in the moment .
Day 3: Own Your RAW DIAMANT and Inner Compass
Engage in core work, connecting with your spiritual source and returning to your first nature, aligning with your true essence.
Day 4: Own Your Desires and Boundaries in Dream Triangle
Navigate the dream triangle with the spirit of an eagle, embodying the roles of creator and warrior, and establish clear boundaries to own your desires. from this connection with your full potential off life energy. Create the relation design that fits with you in this moment off your life.
Day 5: Own Your Freedom of Your Soul
Learn conscious handling and non violent-communication about connection and abundance-fears. Explore polysecurity inspired by Jessica Fern to manifest your own Relation Design – were you can choose love above fear. To live your full potential with love mirrors and shared open heart energy, your first nature connected to the source.
This retreat serves as a laboratory for singles and couples, encouraging the exploration of emotions and staying present in the proces. This without reactive responses when we get triggered in our fears of abundance and fears of connection.
You will learn to trust the journey of growing consciousness by finding safety in your body , regulating your nervous system through various bodywork, focusing, breathwork, energywork methods inspired by Tantra.
Join us for a profound experience of self-discovery and relational growth.

🌿 CONTRIBUTION:
The contribution for this 5-day retreat is 1062 per person. This includes:
– sleepaccomodation 45 euro pp 4 nights = 225 euro
– vegiterian food 42,50 euro pp 5 days= 212,5 euro
– professional expertise off Hanne De Smedt en Menso Veerman
– 625 pp.
total cost = 1062,5 per person for 5 day retreat
