What is this workshop?
Food is not a matter, food is your very being. This is an invitation to join a small and intimate group that will meet in a beautiful venue in France, to work , understand and cook their way to a better relationship with their food, themselves and the world around them.

Why should I attend?
Ever felt like cooking is a waste of time? Do you wish to find some joy in the kitchen? Feel like you can’t tell the difference anymore between healthy food, real food and fake food? Feeling like something is just stuck in your life and you don’t know why? Well then, come join us. This IS FOR YOU!
Most of us are so confused with food and with our eating habits. We are bombarded with information about health, science, nutrition and it seems like the latest trend is just around the corner, or on the next Instagram reel. The daily choice of what to cook, eat and consume is becoming an inner conflict, and its exhausting.
Together, sharing from our experiences and breaking down some myths, we will dive deep into our habits, addictions and misconceptions about the world of food, cooking and eating, trying to settle this inner conflict once and for all

What will actually happen?
Each day we will practice the art and craft of cooking in the kitchen and cook at least one of our meals together. We will also have some movement classes (fit for any level), Zen- meditation sessions and walks, conversations and sharing circles around our relationships to food and some other surprises.
Please note that this is a practical workshop and each day we will spend some time working in the kitchen.

Who will facilitate?
Assaf Ben-Moshe (Sufi) is a chef and pastry chef with more than 20 years experience. He is also the author of the successful cookbook: “On taste and spirit; a deep-dive into food relationships”.
He has been teaching cooking and the connection it has to ourselves. Hailing from Israel in the middle-east he will share some of this region’s most unique flavour’s combos and approaches to food, one that has a lot to do with being together around the same table.

About the venue:
We will be hosted at Le domaine vert (Corrèze, France), with a gorgeous land of 90.000 m2, it is a paradise for anyone loving nature, beauty and connection with oneself. The venue also offers a swimming pool, a sauna, a hot tub, and much more.
The participants will be accomodated in a 1880’s house, freshly remodeled with all modern confort while keeping the charm of its history. It offers shared rooms and a private kitchen space… though you may prefer to spend your time in the big kitchen of the house next door where the group cooking sessions will be offered.
